The Sales Intern supports the Drobo sales department by responding to inbound inquiries and offering pre-sales support.
a. Answer inbound sales phone calls and assist customers with pre-sales support
b. Responding to general email inquiries in a knowledgeable and timely manner
c. Qualify and process Online Chat leads into Salesforce
a. Assist resellers with product information, recommendations and quoting
b. Supply Partner Program information and generate new accounts
Some college education a plus
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
High level of comfort working with clients
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a desire to learn the trade
This position is full time (40 hours a week) or part time (no more than 28 hours a week), Monday’s through Friday. May be requested to work overtime and weekends for special program events
