Technical Support via Telephone

In order to process your support request we kindly ask you to register your Drobo prior to creating a support incident.

Phone support is available to DroboCare customers and customers who are within the first 90 days of purchase. To expedite your request, you can also create a support incident through our online support portal.

Standard warranty customers can receive support by going to our Online Support Portal which includes access to our knowledge base articles, our free community support forums, documentation and software updates. If you are still unable to find the answer you need contact our support department by creating an account, then select Submit a New Ticket. Standard Warranty is support is limited to business hours.

If your product is out of warranty we do offer DroboHelp.
Please note that you will need your serial number to create a support case.
