Channel Marketing Specialist

Overview

The Channel Marketing Specialist is instrumental in driving revenue through our Worldwide Partner network. This role requires an experienced marketing professional with an understanding of channel marketing programs for all types of partners including: etail, distribution and the reseller channel. This role is directly responsible for joint marketing programs, launch activities, events, sales promotions, partner communications, partner portal management, partner training and enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement all channel marketing activity to drive growth via our channel partners
  • Develop, execute and manage sales / marketing programs for key partners
  • Design quarterly promotions for entire channel
  • Develop the partner communications plan, then craft and send communications on an ongoing basis
  • Manage Company / Partner events, conferences, trainings and meetings
  • Ownership of the Partner Portal – all content, Partner qualification and onboarding and on-going management of the Program
  • Working closely with Inside and Field Sales, design and implement measurements to be able to quantify revenue and ROI from programs implemented in the Channel – prepare weekly updates for management on progress of Channel Marketing initiatives
  • Evaluate and measure the Sales / Marketing process, and where necessary establish more and consistent ones.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A track record and experience in Marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of channel marketing, and overall marketing concepts
  • Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong writing skills are imperative
  • SalesForce, Pardot experience
  • Experience of developing and execution of a marketing plan
  • Experience in an early stage company is a plus.
  • Some travel will be required (10-15%)
  • Bachelors degree required
