Executive Assistant Office Manager

Overview

The Executive Assistant Office Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the office, HR activities, and will also provide support to the executive management team in regards to travel, meetings and special projects. This role requires an individual with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Distribute and assist incoming/outgoing mail
  • Schedule calendar and meetings
  • Print checks and track data entry
  • Coordinate business meals
  • Manage office inventory including kitchen items, supplies, etc.
  • Assist with payroll and HR documentation
  • Perform other duties such as offsite errands and special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be well organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
