If Drobo Dashboard does not detect your Drobo, please ensure DDService is not being blocked by Firewall settings.
Is the Drobo operating normally?
Are all the Drive Lights Green?
Is the data acessisble on the Drobo?
Have you upgraded to the lastest firmware?
